How quickly will I receive my order?

All orders are sent Via standard or express post.  if orders are sent before 2pm they will be sent out the same day.

Australian orders please allow min 2 – 3 working days for Express and 5 – 7 days for standard post, however we will do our very best to ensure you receive your order ASAP.

International orders please allow min 2 weeks for delivery as its passes through customs etc.

How much is shipping?

Shipping in AUSTRALIA on MIS Cosmetics products is standard $10 or Express $15, any orders over $100 will be FREE shipping.

Shipping INTERNATIONAL is a flat rate – Express $40 (AUD)

We Accept International orders with MIS Cosmetics.

All INTERNATIONAL orders are a Flat Rate Express shipping $40 AUD

PLEASE BE AWARE – Orders are processed in Australian dollars inclusive of GST. We do not have a currency converter. 

Allow MIN 2 weeks for orders to be processed, mailed and to clear customs etc.

What payment do you accept?

MIS cosmetics accepts the following payment methods: Credit, Visa, Mastercard, Stripe.

How and when can I order online?

You may order off the MIS website anywhere anytime *Please note we only post orders Mon – Friday.

Can I order over the phone?

No, at this stage by email or the website only

Is the site safe to use my payment details?

MIS cosmetics will make every attempt to ensure your details are kept private and not used in any harmful way. We only take credit details for payment via shopping cart or phone orders they cannot be used by anyone else.

Who do I contact if I have a query with my order?

Why do you collect personal information on the MIS site?

We do collect personal information from customers to add to our data base for orders, newsletters and emails etc. The information we collect is only the info which customers input into our website or member ship join ups it is solely for the use of MIS cosmetics and to better your experience on the site. Some of the customer input is optional in this case we encourage you to enter all info so you may experience the full function of our site.

What happens if I order a colour but I don’t like it when it arrives?

Unfortunately MIS cosmetics does not refund or exchange for change of mind, we have done our very best to photograph all of our products and colours to the best of our ability. We do not take responsibility for computer changing the look and colour of any image, if you are unsure of colours please email [email protected] for further info or pictures.

What happens if a product is damaged on arrival?

We do our very best to package all products and post them in a secure way, in the event a MIS cosmetics product arrives damaged please notify us within 7days via email [email protected] and we will organise an exchange. Products must be in original packaging and unused for exchange to go ahead.

If a product is out of stock when can I expect to see it back?

We try to maintain adequate stock levels at all times, during busy months a product may be out of stock if this is the case please be patient, most products are back in stock within 2 weeks.

Do you accept exchange or refunds?

Unfortunately we do not accept Refunds due to change of mind and for hygiene reasons. If the product is faulty or damaged we will happily exchange for you at no extra cost within 7 days, products must be unused in correct packaging.

Do you offer discount to industry artists?

Yes we do! Industry discount of 20% off is given to a limited number of working makeup artists (with an ABN)  – please contact [email protected] for more info.
